  The credentials form has to be submitted by

  September 17th 2024, 23:59/11:59pm GMT/UTC.

With this form, the financial Affiliate Federations, Affiliate Clubs, Executive Members, Past International Presidents and Standing Committee Chairs are to complete and have the signed credential’s form issued via this jotform.

The form for the credentials is now available in all four languages. There is a language switcher at the top right of the form.
